  3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAYING AT DOMGAME ONLINE CASINO

    1. DomGame Online Casino makes no representations or warranties, either implicit or explicit, to the Player's legal right to participate in any of the DomGame activities, and nor does it have any authority to make such representation or warranties. This applies as well but is not limited to, all of its employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotions or any other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers.

Upon placing his/her first deposit, the Player is required to undergo a verification process over the phone with the DomGame Customer Support Department in order to confirm the details of his/her account. If a verification process has not been executed, DomGame reserves the right to block deposits, void promotions, winnings and/or cancel withdrawals in future events.     7. If the Player wishes to file a dispute in regard to a game outcome, he/she must submit that dispute to DomGame in writing within 10 (ten) days of that said game. If a discrepancy between the result showing on the Player’s Casino software and the Casino's server software is found then the result showing on the Casino's server software will be the official and final result of the Game.

    12. Wagers must be placed using the DomGame User Interface on our web pages exclusively. Placing a wager using any other means including, but not limited to, the use of a “robot” player is strictly prohibited. If non-approved client software use is detected, the DomGame management reserves the right to render all such wagers null and void retroactively, and/or cancel the Player's account, and/or take any other appropriate action.

Everything mentioned herein represents the complete, final and exclusive Terms and Conditions agreement between you as a Player and DomGame Online Casino and supersedes and/or merge all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and DomGame Online Casino with the reference to playing in the Casino.

  4. BONUSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT DOMGAME ONLINE CASINO

    1. No Deposit Bonuses.
      Unless otherwise stated, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:
      1. The bonus amount for slot games must be wagered a minimum of 50 times (specifically applies to video slots, i-slots, 3-reel slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards) or card games (specifically applies to video poker, blackjack, keno, bingo and scratch cards) and 60 times for roulette games (specifically applies to American and European roulette with outside bets disabled).       3. Players are not allowed to claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Claiming more than one No Deposit Bonus automatically voids all withdrawable winnings.
      4. Unless otherwise stated under the Bonus Terms & Conditions, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed under section 4.1.2.
      5. Upon meeting the wager requirements, any amount over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit shall be removed from the Player’s playable balance and will not be withdrawable from the Player’s account.
      6. Upon requesting for a withdrawal, the Player will be required to place at least one deposit for system account verification. Prior to the withdrawal request, the list of documents listed under p. 5 (Withdrawal Procedure at DomGame Online Casino) shall be provided.     6. Comp Points

    7. Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to all the bonuses
      1. Only players who have registered Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Upon making a deposit into the DomGame account, the Player consents to not make any charge-backs, reversals or cancel any deposits from the account, and in any such events where that might occur to refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by us through the process of the collecting player’s deposit.
    7. The Player’s Account may not be used as a bank account. If the Casino becomes aware of deposits into and withdrawals from such accounts without issuing any wagers or having a proper game activity, it reserves the right to deduct an administrative charge from that account, whether it was closed or suspended or not.

  6. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE AT DOMGAME ONLINE CASINO

    1. General Terms and conditions for the withdrawal:
      1. The Casino must review and approve all withdrawal requests before sending them out for payment.
      2. The Player is required to send documentation proving his age and address are valid upon making a withdrawal request.       3. A withdrawal request will only be paid to a registered customer. The Player hereby authorizes us and any of our designated agents, to require for his/her identity confirmation and to clarify his/her right to use the money that was wagered at DomGame Online Casino. DomGame may withhold any funds under the Player’s account until his/her identity confirmation is successfully verified. If the Casino found the Player to be underage upon the completion of the age verification process it will return the Player all of the deposits made on his/her the account and void all of his/her winnings and/or bonuses.
      4. Documentation approval is a one-time procedure that may take up to 4 business days. The DomGame Finance Department may also require the credit card documentation renewal form to be filed every six months to ascertain that all of the Player’s details are updated correctly and on a timely manner to allow future accuracies and to optimize the withdrawal process.     2. Fees and Limitations in Withdrawals

  7. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. If a threat to re-attribute, deny, revoke, dispute, chargeback, block, hold or cancel any of the deposits made with us is issued by the Player.
    2. If the Player has made a ‘chargeback’ or a ‘dispute’ claim of funds deposited from a credit card into his/her casino account deliberately; or it has become known that the Player has deliberately made a 'chargeback' or threatened to do so at any other online casino or website. This includes, but is not limited to, any verbal and written threats to dispute, chargeback or to stop transactions.
    3. If it is discovered that the Player has been cheating or has been using irregular betting patterns, suspicious or irregular betting strategies and/or has instigated a system that takes advantage of the Casino (i.e. Martingale, machines, computers, software or any other form of automation).
    4. DomGame reserves the right to terminate the Player’s account at any time and for any reason that might be, in addition to the right to void all of the Player’s winnings and confiscate his DomGame account balance under any of the following circumstances:

      11. If it had become known to the Casino management that the Player has played under any of the circumstances described in sections 3.1 and/or 7.4.10 at any other online casino.
      12. If the Player has made a chargeback or has reversed any purchase made in the Casino or in other sister casinos operated by the platform.
    5. If the Player is found cheating or committing any fraudulent behavior or making any false and/or malicious claims regarding DomGame Online Casino, the Casino reserves the right to advertise that Player’s actions together with his/her identity and email address and to circulate such information with other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and the appropriate agencies.
